We are excited to continue our Citywide Bible Bowl with a format that merges individuals and teams in a challenging competition that is open to all youth grades 1st to HS Seniors and ADULTS (Youth should be able to read for the individual competition). New King James Version (NKJV) translation will be used for this competition.
The individual competition is open to all youth grades 1st to HS Seniors, and ADULTS. This part is a written competition in which youth will be challenged with Scripture Search using the Bible, answering multiple choice questions, and completing a bonus tie-breaker round. This is a timed competition. (Youth grades 1st-2nd grade will have additional assistance with a reader during the competition)
The team competition is open to youth (ages 10-18) on teams of at least 4 up to 12 individuals. One team per participating congregation. Teams will be challenged with True/False round, Multiple Choice round, Comprehension round, Memory Verse round, and Speed round. (We end with a fun round of Youth vs. Adults!)
